This policy document is a structured drafting placeholder established for architectural, regulatory, and UX integrity. It does not constitute final binding legal terms. Formal legal review and jurisdiction-specific counsel are required before official commercial deployment.
In compliance with FSSAI regulations and global public health standards, prepared food items, beverages, and opened culinary packages cannot be physically returned once handed over to the recipient.
If your commission includes Food Tailor Atelier heritage hardware (such as copper handis, thermal chafing dishes, brass ladles, or specialized cloches):
• Hardware remains the property of Food Tailor or its catering guild.
• A scheduled pickup window will be arranged within 24 hours of event conclusion.
• Equipment must be kept in a secure indoor staging area awaiting courier retrieval.
For orders requiring specialized banquet hardware, a refundable equipment deposit may be authorized during checkout. This deposit is released in full within 48 hours following hardware inspection and recovery.
Missing, broken, or heavily damaged equipment will be charged against the deposit at replacement cost.
