Food Tailor — Food Partner Privacy Policy

During onboarding and partnership, Food Tailor may collect: Restaurant/brand name and details; Owner or authorised representative's name; Phone number and email address; Business and outlet address; FSSAI licence/registration details; GST and other applicable business information; Bank/payment details required for settlements; Menu, food item and pricing information; Operating hours and service areas; Food preparation and delivery information; Brand logos, photographs and other promotional content; Documents or information required for verification; and Communication and transaction records with Food Tailor.

Food Tailor may use this information to: verify and onboard Food Partners; create and manage partner profiles; display menus and food information; process and manage customer orders; coordinate food preparation and fulfilment; process payments and partner settlements; communicate about orders and operations; verify applicable licences and compliance; improve Food Tailor services; manage partnership agreements; and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Some Food Partner information may be displayed on the Food Tailor Platform to help customers make informed choices. This may include: restaurant/brand name; outlet/location; menu and pricing; food images; operating/service information; applicable FSSAI information; and other business information relevant to the customer. Food Tailor will not intentionally display private personal information that is not required for the Platform.

Food Tailor may share relevant Food Partner information with: customers, where required to fulfil an order; payment and settlement providers; delivery/logistics partners; technology and hosting providers; professional or compliance service providers; and government authorities where legally required.

Food Tailor may collect and use bank or payment information required to make payments or settlements to Food Partners. Such information will be used for legitimate business and payment purposes and handled with reasonable security measures.

Food Tailor may request documents such as: FSSAI licence/registration; GST details; business registration information; bank/payment verification; identity or authorised representative information; and other documents reasonably required for onboarding or compliance. Food Tailor may verify this information directly or through appropriate service providers.

With appropriate permission or under the terms of the partnership, Food Tailor may use a Food Partner's: name; logo; menu; food photographs; descriptions; and other approved brand information for displaying and promoting the Food Partner on Food Tailor's Platform and marketing channels. Food Partners may contact Food Tailor regarding the use of their brand or promotional information.

Food Tailor takes reasonable measures to protect Food Partner information from unauthorised access, misuse, loss or disclosure. However, no online system can guarantee complete security.

Food Tailor may retain Food Partner information for as long as reasonably necessary for: the partnership; orders and transactions; settlements; legal and regulatory requirements; dispute resolution; and legitimate business records.

Food Partners are responsible for ensuring that the information and documents provided to Food Tailor are accurate, complete and up to date. Food Partners should promptly inform Food Tailor of significant changes to their business, licences, contact details or payment information.

Food Tailor may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be made available through the Food Tailor Platform or communicated where appropriate.
